this stuff is the real deal. i drink the tea before bed and literally not soon after your waking up youll be running to thw bathroom. it clears you out like no other. its better paired with the daytime tea too but i always forget to drink during the day but this is great on its own honestly. it does its job. i dont add anything into it. the taste is good just by itself with the water. clean your system out and feel less bloated.
