Well, it does the job as described and feels very refreshing on my face on the mornings. However, the eye holes seem to be spaced to fit Chunk from the Goonies, and thus I get to look out of one eye at a time. No depth perception while making my morning coffee can be somewhat problematic. First world problems, you know. Now the upshot...This thing is absolutely and hilariously TERRIFYING to other people if you can keep a straight face. I can't even begin to explain the sheer joy I've gotten from scaring the crap out of my husband night after night, just quietly sneaking in on him while he's working on his computer in the dark. 6'-3" 225lb man looking like the boogie man came to get home. Five stars for this alone, worth every penny.

Perfect for what I was looking for. If you are mostly concerned about undereye circles, I would look for a smaller and more formfitting mask as opposed to this larger one. When frozen, this mask forms to the face more after five or ten minutes if you move the band further up the back of your head and press the mask slightly to shape it to your face. I have not tried warming it up yet because I am using it for puffiness, but make sure you read all of the directions first especially if you will be heating the mask before use. The product feels sturdy and it is nice to have the built-in layer so the gel mask isn't sitting directly on your face. I think this mask will last a long time.

This was for my daughter who has chronic migraines.It’s sooo soft on the inside!Comfy. (We all tried it on) easy to use.We’re afraid to heat it too much. (She likes heat for her headaches.) So we’re not sure how much to push it in the microwave. We do 30 second intervals.It does loose its heat pretty quick though. That’s why not 5 stars. She usually uses a hewted moist washcloth in a baggie and that heat lasts longer so it’s a toss up between using that and this mask.We’ll have to experiment more with it yet.Haven’t tried it in the freezer yet.

GREAT for pain in sinus area--brows, between brows and cheeks! I love the soothing cold of ice. Can also be warmed in microwave if preferred. I got the full mask since I anticipate some dental work, and am already sure this will really help. The very soft thin layer of fabric is perfect to let the cold through, but not enough that I have to wait at all to use it straight out of the freezer. The two elastic bands with a little bit of velcro holds it in place in the back even enables you to get up and walk around. Highly recommend!

I liked it while it worked. After using it once the velcro starting coming apart from the strap. When I put it in the freezer it became quite stiff until it thawed a bit and adhered to my face contour better. You should definitely put it inside a ziploc bag or it will get an unpleasant freezer smell. Lastly, I tried using it as a hot compress and it got damaged. The instructions do not specify the amount of time but I only had it in there for 40 seconds. I even placed a wet paper towel over it just in case, maybe that was a mistake. A giant bubble was created inside the mask which thinned out the plastic. The heat was quite nice afterwards but it's kind of ruined now.

Severe Sinusitis and Migraines for years and I have been doing the ice pack dance (temple left, temple right, nose, and forehead than repeat). The cold has ALWAYS worked great for me. So lets see what you Got.....The Eye placement Fits Fine (I have a round face), loving that I Can Be Mobile and it Stays in Place. I like the option of the two sides (sensitive skin)and the length of time (cold) is Great. Brought my hairstylist one also. Hope she LOVES it as well.

Was just what I was looking for! I get headaches and just want something cold that I don’t have to hold. Also great just for relaxing. The inside is lined with a velvet type material! Its awesome and better then i thought. I’ve only used it from the freezer. My 5 year old keeps trying to steal it from me. I think it would be perfect even if you used it like a ice pack for your head . It don’t get unbearably cold when left on either.

Works very well for relaxing after a long day at work. Eye holes are a little far apart, but not so bad that I can't watch TV. The soft side feels better against my skin that the plastic side. I've mainly been using it warm for relaxing after work. I tried it once after freezing it, but that cold feeling didn't do anything for me except make me feel cold. Not a fault of the mask, I just didn't like the cold. Seems to be a good quality mask. Shipping was fast as well.
