Of the seven or so magnifying gadgets I have purchased over the years for doing miniature art collages, these magnifying glasses are the clear winners by far! Ease of use, comfort, dual adjustable lights, and five easily interchangeable lenses in a protective case—and now these adjustable magnifying, lighted glasses can also be recharged! No more fear of batteries running out in right the middle of an art project!I have three pair now for various uses, and so when grandchildren do art work with me, they have their own pair to use. These lighted, magnifying glasses easily work for my children and husband as well—they seems to fit all sizes as my husband has also used them while doing close, so they are seemingly “one-size fits all” (Though I don’t believe they are advertised as such, so be sure to check your own requirements for the viability of this feature.)They seem to fit as most eyeglasses do, but unlike glasses, they come with the addition of an adjustable magnifier, and the lighting feature—both the magnifier and the lighting option can be easily adjusted to a specific targeted area, by moving either the lens, the light, or both, up or down, in or out, to more specifically target the area of choice.An additional use includes magnification and light to read small print: as a lifelong avid reader, my close vision is not as clear as it once was, but I found using my lighted, magnifying art glasses, (even with my “readers” underneath) worked ever so much easier and was much more effective and convenient than the three other “whole page” or standard-sized “Sherlock Holmes” style magnifying glasses I had been struggling to make work for me as a reading boost. Not so with these glasses-type magnifiers so I now keep an extra pair near my books. They work perfectly.Theses magnifying art glasses are so wonderful and in so many ways, as noted, that I donated my seven other “headgear” magnifiers accumulated over the years, as I tried over and over to find the best fit for the artwork I do. Now that I have found that perfect fit—magnifier, light, and ease of use, it is such a relief and a delight all in one. After using these, the rest seem, well, they seem quite uselessly quaint.

Have it for a family member who is almost blind, but still on insisting to due her crafts. What makes this different, is the battery is rechargeable. The others where not, you had to throw whole thing away and buy a new one. Easy fit, and with many lens to chose from. Light weight but sturdy. She is so happy with the functionality of the glasses.

I use this magnifying set often when crafting or even for woodworking if doing detailed work. The set replaced a heavier set I previously had which caused my ears to hurt. You can use these with temple pieces like glasses or with a band that will go around your head so there is no pressure on your ears. The light is rechargable (which is better than batteries in my opnion) and can be adjusted in both brightness and position. The magnifying lenses can also be adjusted in position - when you need to flip them up and out of the way or when you need that magnification. The case is perfect for storage and to keep everything together. IN one woodworking class several members asked to borrow this unit to help cut some fiddly pieces with the scroll saw. While i may see 20/25, you still at times need that help. Especially handy when using those 3mm rhinestones also!

Good product, sturdy and I like the inclusion of the strap, but the brightness of the light just isn't bright enough for small detail work.

I like the magnification. I need more power to see cross stitch and i an tired of wearing two pairs of glasses at the same time. I wear glasses all of the time. This allows me to see the small stitches. I can also see around the magnifier without taking it off. I read all the reviews and q&a before buying.1. It is a bit heavy, not so bad, i think the battery operated one is heavier. but takes getting used to.2. I could not get it to fit over my glasses, the armature you snap the head band also interfered with the and on my glasses. Almost sent them back. Reviewer's says it worked, for them. I had to decide send them back or modify. I found that the nose piece was causing them to sit weird and interfere with my glasses. I kept them and removed the nose piece. Now they sit right on my face.3. The screws in the nose piece are stripped out. I could not unscrew them all the way, had to pull them, due to that i can't put them back together without glue. Marked it down 1 star.4. The area under the nose piece is sharp. I have to put a small piece of paper or cloth to wear them, not their fault as i took them apart. The cloth works best but it tends to fall out as the weight causes it to shift. I will have to secure it, probably glue, but that will make putting the nose piece back in difficult.5. Without the nose piece they do tend to slide as it is heavy in the front without anything to hold them up. Solving this will have to happen before i secure a piece to the nose piece area, i can see least reattach the nose piece now. I may experiment with silicone rubber like you have in glasses. Adding to the temple area.... Not sure.If it wasn't for that these would be perfect. The light is great and very bright. Multiple mag powers are great. The case for the mags is compact and nice to store them.The mags easily change. I can wear it, do stitching and watch TV, when i look up i can see around it.It is just the darn nose piece causing troubkr
