What are the ingredients, they’re in German on the one I have at home. Need to know if it contains lanolin or petrolatum based products?

The first three ingredients are: petrolatum, zinc oxide, lanolin. The others listed are: talc, aqua, panthenol, & so forth.

what is the difference between the baby penaten cream and the penaten cre'me ?

I dont believe anything. The friend that first gave me Penaten cream was back in 1972 for my then baby girl who had a rash I could not get rid of. This cream worked in two days. I use it for myself now and I'm 74. The best price that I've ever found unless you know someone going to Germany that will bring it back for you. Try it.
