Works great and tons of fun. Cat and dogs love it. Product description is accurate and truthful. Simple to use and cheaper than other brands. The app was simple to install and get rolling.

I have yet to find a good dog sitter and when I travel I get anxiety leaving the dogs at home. I bought this little device when it was on sale and thought, I can return it if it’s not as cool as I think. Well, that was 5 months ago. I don’t use the security patrol feature but I often peak in on the house while at work or out of town. I like that I can drive around the house and scope things out. The app is easy to use and doesn’t lag. I will say the robot doesn’t like surfaces that are not flat. I have an edge where carpet meets laminate and once it goes off carpet, it can’t get back up. The image quality is good and it will take photos and videos. You can talk through it. I wish I could upload screen shots of the app, but it won’t let me here.

Fun toy, but needs enhancements. Three main things come to mind. 1) 3 minute cruise is ridiculously short. The thing can barely get out of one room in 3 minutes. The user should be able to set it to cruise as long as we want (at least 15 minutes) or even let it cruise until it runs out of power. That's our choice. 2) It has difficulties getting over the smallest of thresholds. Even going from tile to very thin carpet requires the user to use the Charge function. Unfortunately cruise mode doesn't seem to have Charge mode to the Ebo just bounces off the threshold and heads another direction. 3) How about motion tracking? If it sees a pet, or person, allow us to have it follow the motion.But all in all, it's pretty much what you'd expect for this price.

I had been looking for a wi-fi robot with a day/night vision camera, speaker, and mic that can be controlled anywhere in the world to check on my Dad who now lives alone in a different city. This robot cannot get stuck and must be able to self-park to the charge station. This Enabot has all these features and works surprisingly well. Its weight distribution is designed to always roll back upright when it runs over obstacles and tips over. I am still learning how to master its movement and run into cables, carpet edge, etc. but never once that I cannot recover from whatever it is stuck on. It has a tank track design so it can negotiate carpet and small step. Thus far I am very pleased with its performance, and it does exactly what I have been hoping for. Its sounds quality (mic and speaker) is surprisingly decent both ways. Now I can pay a virtual visit to my Dad with the robot runs right up to him to chat with him. I can also search my Dad’s place to look for him (in case he falls and cannot get up) where my security cameras do not cover. The price is reasonable for the features this robot provides. I am very pleased with my purchase thus far.

I got this device to help me check on my blind grandfather that is also hard of hearing and can't hear his phone very well. I got this so I can monitor him and see how he's doing throughout his day. It's definitely a fun device for out pets too. The dogs and the cats are entertained but for me the most amazing feature has been being able to do live views of the house and moving the EBO to check onh grandparents. I'm definitely recommending this for any caregiver who would like to check on their loved ones while they go to work and things like that. I have an Alexa device set up and when I talk through my EBO I can still give commands to call the Emergency line if they need help or to turn on the lights remotely and things like that. As a monitoring device this is amazing and works great! I'm getting a second one to keep and eye on my aunt and help her as well!

The media could not be loaded. My ebo stopped working and stopped connecting to WiFi with this new ROLA app. Can’t connect at all so it’s trash.There is no fix update or even a solution anywhere. Tried everything. I’m reading other reviews and many are having the same issue. I want a refund. No stars for this now..Update: so after contacting support I realized a couple of things. Your phone has to be a safe distance away from the EBO in order to get the screeching to stop. That finally worked well. I do like the idea of checking on my pets while away and I finally figured out how to get it to scroll on its own for a few minutes. It's not the greatest but it will do. It's like I said before, it can be fun especially when the pets chase it around. Not too expensive and it's finally serving its purpose.I just got this today. Setup was a little confusing when they tell you to to place the puzzle piece in its place when asking for a code. I missed that part. My fault. Second, the thing won’t stop screaming once I turn on the audio. It’s cute and fun but not serving any purpose but to get my cats to run at it until I get it to stop screaming.

Really liked the quality of video and how easy it is to drive around. Definitely better than owl we eventually bought. However, we we had to return it because we couldn’t drive it over the transitions to our bedrooms. We have vinyl planks in the living areas and hardwoods in the bedrooms (approx 1/4” reducer). Whenever we tried to drive over the transitions from the living room to a bedroom, the robot would just fall on its back. Another thing, it couldn’t find its charging base on a regular basis. Our first level is approx 1900 sq.ft., and it seemed to get lost during its roaming mode. Finally, we hated the roaming mode and never figured out how to turn it completely off. It was just a little creepy to have it come strolling around the corner with no one driving it. Overall, well made device for its video capabilities, but not functional enough to keep tabs on our rabbit.
