Nintendo Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards - Series 5-6 Card Pack

I bought 3 packages of these for WAAAAY over market price, since that is the only way to get them. The shipping seemed to take a bit longer than it should have considering what the package actually was.When I got and opened them I was extremely disappointed to have 3 of 1 character and 2 of 2 other characters. This is basically almost an entire package of duplicates....and most came from the same 2 packs (except for the 3rd of Judy). I know this can happen but to pay $20 for a bunch a duplicates sucks.

The cards arrived quickly and in great condition. However, I was disappointed to find that I received double the amount of 3-card packs, instead of the correct amount of 6-card packs that I ordered.While doubling does give an equal card total overall, this is a bit deceiving since the NPC vs villager distribution is different in each. (The 3-card packs only have 2 villagers per pack, whereas the 6-card packs have 5.)So, in the end, doubling the number of packs still resulted in fewer villager cards than anticipated.

The item listed is the picture of the North American-released Amiibo cards, and some received the European-released Amiibo cards. They have the same villagers and NPCs, but the quantity of Amiibo cards is different in each release. The European packs have 1 NPC and two villager cards while the North American packs have 1 NPC and 5 villagers. With series 5 having a smaller list of villagers and NPCs than the first 4, pulling duplicates are more likely to happen, especially with the European packs. After reading some past reviews, I can see why some people were dissatisfied with their orders when they came in. But the pulls are random, so that part is out of the control of ANY vendor selling these amiibo packs. When my order came in, I got a mix of the two; two North American packs (6 cards ea.) and two European packs (3 cards ea., 6 total). I gave this review a 4/5 rating because while I wasn’t expecting to be sent a mix of North American and European Amiibo packs, I was satisfied with what I pulled and the excellent condition they came in. Definitely would order from them again!

Even though the cards were sent in small packages of three cards rather than six, because I ordered quantity of five I was actually given 10 3-cardspacks so I still got the grand total of 30 cards as expected.the bad news is I got a couple of duplicates. I would say out of the 30 cards I got in this order, 14 of them were duplicates.Still I managed to get the NPC characters I wanted with little to no duplicates. Most of the duplicates were the animal neighbors.I wanted to Flick most of all and I got him and to my unexpected surprise, I got Raymond as one of my neighbors.The delivery came by earlier than I expected unlike another order from a different seller who's taking way too long.All in all, the pros are swift delivery, all # of cards I ordered, desired characters obtained.The bad: near half were duplicates but that's the luck of the card packs7/10

So when you order it says 6 pack..but we are getting 2 3 packs..which to me is still 6 cards..but to my daighter, she says the 3 packs have different cards then the 6 pack..idk..i guess just a little frustrating for the price.
