This product is awesome, but the pump it comes in does not work. You will need a toothpick or something to fish out the thick liquid. Only a tiny drop is necessary but yes, within 5 minutes your under eye bags will go away. I would have given 5 stars if not for that pump. They need to put it in something else. The product itself is awesome!

It works… but only if you’re going without makeup.

The price is perfect since it definitely does the job. But you need to be careful how much you apply since it can leave a bit of white film. Also this has been a constant complaint but the dispenser never works. Each time I order one I have to use a Q-tip to apply. But it works & the price is right.

1st order was good after a learned to apply it to minimize white residue. 2nd order dispenser did not dispenser product on the first to 20th time I tried. Removed it to try to get any of the product to use at all. Disastrous. Got miniscule bit out with a toothpick. In minutes I tried to get a bit more and opening crusted over. Had to throw it out without ONE use. Wasted money on product that I did not get ANYTHING out of dispenser to use.Roll the dice. 50/50 chance. I don't gamble. Will find different maker for this tye of product.
