16 oz. Chinese Take Out Food Boxes, Lot of 50, White

I bought these as containers for inexpensive Christmas gifts for friends last year (I did a thing where I spray painted them, then filled them with candy and really cool bottle openers). The boxes are sturdy, and a good size to accommodate stocking stuffers. It's a unique way to present gifts. Highly recommend.

While planning an outdoor meal (for a summer camp staff of about 80), we decided a Chinese meal would be a nice break from the ordinary. The weather was to be nice for a picnic, but we only had benches (no tables) for this meal. We ordered these (16 oz./1 pint) takeout boxes. When they arrived, they looked pretty small for the rice and main course we planned to serve in them, so we decided we wouldn't plan to close the tops. Not only did they handle a very satisfying portion of our main dish, but we were able to top each entree with an egg roll, and tape a pre-packaged fortune cookie to the handle. Fun presentation with little cleanup afterward!

I used these to hold clear bags of popcorn for a baby shower favor. They are good quality and worked perfectly for what I needed them for. Came on time and neatly packaged! :)

The boxes are as described however the package was smushed so the boxes on the top are bent and unable to close. Disappointing that they can't be used.

I was putting together a bridal shower and thought that these would be perfect for guests to take home candy as party favors. I found these boxes on Amazon and even ordered them with express shipping to meet my deadline. The boxed arrived about two days before the party on a Thursday. As I started to set them up, I found that many of the boxes were crushed and could not be used. In addition the handles were very poor quality and appeared rusted. These were not the quality I would like to give to my guests and because so many were unusable, I was forced to substitute many at the last minute. I looked for a way to contact the seller directly, but Amazon doesn't seem to include a link to do so. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THEM FROM SOMEONE ELSE, THERE ARE BETTER DEALS.

I purchased two orders of 50 boxes, expecting to receive a total of 100 boxes (difficult math, I know). I received only 81 boxes total. The boxes arrived in two sleeves and the boxes on either end of each sleeve had been crushed and were unusable. Over 1/4 of the boxes were damaged and the ones that were in useable condition were of much poorer quality than the picture makes them appear. I order chinese food more often than I care to admit and feel I had reasonable expectations, but the construction and paper quality definitely didn't meet those expectations. The boxes were folded together poorly, the wire handles were warped, and the paper felt both thicker than it should be and more flimsy than it should be. Purchased these as containers for party favors but I'm really not feeling festive about them.

The boxes were exactly as described and arrived in very good condition. These are the perfect answer for making both food and non food gift containers.
