Manual Is Way Off
A sturdy product- all is well so far. However, the manual is completely off. There are 3 modes, not five; the intensity of EMS can be adjusted for each mode. Each mode lasts 10 minutes, not 5, and there is no auto mode. I did some research and finally found that the recommendation is to use each mode for a total of 30 minutes (10 minutes per mode x 3 = 30) 2-3 times a week. I wish I could find the actual manual and what the names of the modes actually are, but… oh well

Got it in February, it has stop working in May
I’ve been using this product since February on a regular basis. Haven’t seen any result yet, the product has stopped working. Battery won’t charge, it turns on for a few seconds then shuts down. I’m hopping someone from the manufacturer would get in touch with me for a repair or replacement.

Stopped working, can't return
This device worked for about 3 weeks and then it just stopped working. It will charge and then immediately die. The return window is 30 days so I'm stuck with it.

Not Good
I bought this and used it for a week, then the control on the V would no longer light up so no connection from the head piece to the remote button. The remote works but nit the unit. No good.
