Q: How promptly i should refill using InkOwl ink after the original cartridges ran out of ink to prevent the print heads dry out?

HI, not to worry this is toner refill, your printer cartridge or printer mechanism will not dry out. It is not like an inkjet printer which uses a liquid. Laser printer is a powder and it does not dry out. Thank you so much.

Q: How much toner is in each bottle? filled to the top? how many times can i fully fill my cartridges?

Hi, there is about 30g of toner, it is not filled to the top, it is just enough powder to fill each cartridge one time. It is the same amount of powder that HP uses for the stated page yield. Thank you.

Q: Do i need a new chip in order to continue to use refilled catridge?

No. I didn't need a new chip for mine. The only drawback is that the computer doesn't really recognize that the cartridges have been refilled so the low toner indicator never goes away. I have to watch for color change to know when to refill each color. Not a big deal. Follow the directions provided by InkOwl and it should work great! Being a grad school student, I have printed a lot of material and haven't had any issues. Hope this helps.
