No, it is not de-clicked. Just got mine today, it's very nice! Solid build.

What’s the difference between the nik(g)-e and nik-e?

The g gives you the ability to control the aperture of Nikon G lenses. The D lenses and prior have an aperture ring you can adjust if needed, but the G is all internal.

how i can modify my apperture ?
