At first i was really confused, no instructions but after i finally figured it out on how to use it. its very long and love how you can adjust it and tighten it how YOU want it, when i read “one size fits all” i was expecting a smallish sorta one which is what i’ve received before from other places but this is good for skinny and bigger people like myself.
