Husqvarna Titanium Force 0.095 Weed Eater String Trimmer Line

I have a 5 acre small horse farm and do extensive string trimming around all my fences. This includes lawn grasses and also heavier pasture grasses and alfala residual along the pipe fences. This trimmer line handles it all quite well in my Echo string trimmer. I have used the much more expensive Echo crossfire line and I think this line is more durable. While the line is tough and long lasting, you will go through some when trimming along cyclone fences and other hard surfaces. No line does very well with these obstacles. Just be mindful and a bit careful and you'll get by just fine. My last 3 pound spool lasted more than 3 years while trimming over 2500 feet of fences and barn walls and the grass around many tree trunks. I was going to change brands this time and while doing my research I realized that line doesn't get much better than this so I bought another spool of Husqvarna Titanium .095 line. You can't go wrong. It a good value and as tough as any on the market.

Best line on the market. I run a ranch that has very big weeds and this line does a great job on them without breaking. This line has saved me slot of money and time.

I have tried many other trimmer lines trying to get one that will hold up under some extremely tough use. My son uses the trimmer to edge the driveway .. trim around fences trees and boulders etc .he can be a little sever on his trimming to get done as fast as he can. After trying some different lines he just wasn't happy with how fast the line was being used up on his weeding chores . My son has the trimming chore. Its a large lots with plenty of trees, fences, boulders and a 400 ft driveway to trim around . He wasn't happy with how long it was taking to keep replacing the line while trying to get the job done as rapidly as possible. Tried a lot of different lines with not very much difference in the way they performed. Ordered some of this titanium gray line. He didn't change the type of line he was using for a couple of weeks, just using the line we had till it was gone. He then went ahead and put the titanium line on the weed eater and within maybe 15 or 20 minutes was tremendously much happier with this new line. After using it the rest of that summer, he wont use any other trimmer line. He likes that it lasts much longer before having to place new line on the spool, letting him get the job done in much less time than it use to take.

I bought this large spool of trimmer line since I got tired of buying smaller packages and running out at the worst time. This cutter string actually cuts nicer than the last brand I have tried but in exchange, I find I am having to "bump" more of the line out since it shears more easily when cutting around fences or concrete paving stones. It does live up to its claim of being quieter than other trimmer string so that is a plus--it has less of the "whippy" noise. For the size and price, though, it was a good deal, and a name brand.

This stuff is pretty tough, and there is a good amount on the spool. It will last you a long time and it beats down some pretty thick weeds. I use it for my 128ld, and it spools on easy and seems to be pretty good stuff, can't beat this price at the hardware stores!

August 2025 Update: Started my 4th roll of this string this past spring. I noticed that this most recent roll looks shinier and smaller in diameter. Also, whereas I had been measuring out about 24 feet per spool, it now takes about 30 feet to fill up the spool. I still like it, but am curious to hear if anyone else has noticed any difference in the appearance or diameter. This Husqvarna Titanium Force String came highly recommended and did not disappoint. It lasts longer than the two competing brands that I have tried and is much cheaper, per foot, as well. Have gone through nearly a gallon of fuel since I bought it and have always used between 1 and 1.5 tanks per spool (whereas I often ran out of string before running out of fuel with the other two brands -- Stihl and Arnold -- using all three in a Stihl KM 111R with a 24 ounce tank). At this point, I can't imagine using anything else.

Destroyed Seattle blackberries with huge fresh fatty canes. This string is good man therapy. Compared to .065 string that kept breaking... Ugh.

The trimmer line lasts longer than the other brand I use . It cuts through tall grass and small branches. It works great for me.

I hava been waiting for a month before giving my opinion on this product. I have now used it extensively on all sorts of terrain ( grass of different thickness, reeds nettles etc..) and I can now say that this trimmer line is far superior to anything I had tried before.As my trimmer is relatively powerful (35cc motor) I have used in the past 3 mm lines of different material (nylon, steel et ..) and different sections ( round,square..). Much to my surprise this 2.5 mm line is extremely efficient and robust and does not brake at all, it simply wears out slowly. All in all I recommend.

I use this with my Husqvarna light industrial line trimmer (e.g. requires harness). I works very well, and seems to last longer than the regular consumer-grade off-branded line I was using of the same diameter. Buying this in this bulk spool is definitely less expensive per unit than in normal consumer sized spools. In my case, I just cut-off 28' lengths and set them aside to do a reload as required. To date I have only gone through three of those lengths trimming out the high grass/weeds (including brambles and Scotch Broom) both in the open and along a stone wall with good results. The only downside to this product is that the winding on the spool is somehow irregular and even though tightly wound, somehow I am having to pull line from under other line in some areas as I unwind it. This is not enough to mark it down from 5 stars though.

Habe mir den Titanium Force gekauft nachdem ich einige Videos gesehen habe. Die Leistungen waren enorm. Nachdem er geliefert wurde habe ich ihn auch direkt ausprobiert, er hat meine Erwartungen vollends erfüllt. Preis Leistung geht vollkommen in Ordnung und kann mich nicht beschweren.

Best line trimmer, lasts longer than all the gimmicks that have different shapes for “cutting” or “noise” or “aerodynamics” … but Amazon, why are you ripping Australian’s off as this has gone up 40% since Trump tariffs, but Australia hasn’t retaliated with tariffs, so you should be happy to be able to sell us products, not profiting from Trumps tariffs!!!
