Best headset for the price!
The media could not be loaded. Short review: far better than anything I hoped for, cheapest price on the market, comfortable and flexible on the head, amazing quality, cute af, in depth customisable audio settings through the Razer audio app, adorable leds which can change to any colour you set also through the app, long lasting charge. Only negative is please don’t purchase the headset in hopes of using the mic and wanting your voice audio to be crisp, I haven’t tried the mic but I can say that headset microphones simply aren’t good because of limited space for hardware and it is compressed, so don’t be disheartened when mic isn’t as good as expected! I advise a stand alone microphone instead if you’re wanting more.In depth review: For some context I purchased the Razer kraken headset in quartz in June 2021 and was quietly disappointed with the quality of the audio, the mic did not work at all and the feel was disappointing.I decided to try again with Razer for my second headset and bought the hello kitty headset and I can honestly say that it was a massive upgrade in every single way! The hello kitty headphones are of course bluetooth and led, which you can in fact change the colour to anything on the leds with the Razer audio app, which in itself is great. The hello kitty headset when connected to the Razer audio app also allows you to choose between settings such as amplified, amplified bass, amplified clarity and allows you to customise the audio aswell as allows you to switch to “gaming mode” for an extra umph. The audio overall is crisper and has clearly been improved since the kraken and I would only say good things about the hello kitty headset. It is also far more comfortable to wear since it’s slightly tighter and more flexible on the head making it snug and soundproof.

super cute, great quality audio- i think some people are connecting them wrong though!!
these are great i love them so much, i was going through the reviews though and saw a lot of people saying that the audio quality was bad. there's actually 2 different sources that windows will show when connecting the headset!! one is good quality and the one you need to use, the other is bad quality and one that windows automatically adds for some reason. if you click on the icon of the speaker on your taskbar, it'll let you select the audio output source, try changing it over before writing off the headset :) also make sure you have the razer synapse app and drivers downloaded!! i did have a couple of issues with setting it up on discord at first, but it seems to be working fine :))

It's not for gaming and lots of misconceptions in the reviews.
First off, the reviews of everyone here are confusing, because they don't know what's going on. Some say the sound is excellent, some say it sucks. They're all right and wrong at the same time. So, just to say, they are comfortable and they last enough for a few days (maybe 3). 20 hours or so with lighting on, 50 without. Now, on to the confusing parts. The problem here is both with Razer and the Bluetooth functionality. To begin with, Razer is marketing them as 'gaming'. They're not gaming because of Bluetooth. let me explain:In a nutshell, even with Bluetooth 5.4 (the newest version out now), Bluetooth simply doesn't have enough bandwidth to provide stereo (aka quality) sound AND quality mic sound at the same time. So, what will happen when you install the headset to your PC is this: You'll get two modes. When you select them (on the taskbar, the little speaker icon you select your different audio sources), you have two options. The 'HEADPHONES Razer Hello Kitty' and the 'HEADSET Razer Hello Kitty'. Headphones is the non mic version. That will give you stereo sound, just like any other headphone. Sound is good for the average consumer. However, the headphones mode doesnt' have a mic. If you try to call someone on Discord, everything will go silent, including the Youtube video you're currently playing or your Spotify song (whatever you're doing at the time) AND your Discord. If you go and select the 'headset' mode, you'll notice all sound comes back, your mic is now enabled but it sounds TERRIBLE. That's because bluetooth has just enough bandwidth to play mono sound, not stereo. This is equivalent to any other bluetooth speaker you have in your car, or on your phone. If you notice, when you're using Spotify on your phone and someone calls, Spotify stops and mono sound now is used for the call.Anyway, you can only use headset mode (again, because of the technology, not because of the headset itself) to call on Discord etc and then revert back to headphones mode for quality sound. So, there you go. The problem is this is not a gaming headset, sold as one. Bluetooth will never be the way to go for gaming headsets because the technology just doesn't have the capability to provide high quality sound AND hiqh quality mic at the same time. It never will, for this headset. That's the truth. Now, this is not inherently wrong. If you use the headset for listening to music on your phone, then you're good to go. When a call pops up, it will auto change. But it's NOT a gaming headset for PC or a console and Razer shouldn't have selected Bluetooth for this headset. Straight up. That's why most actual gaming headsets come with their own dongle and communicate through 2.4ghz wireless protocols and not bluetooth. You'll suffer if you try to game or listen to music while on a call.Comfort wise, these things are comfortable (I have a big ass head and I tried them on for quite a while while setting them up for my girlfriend and for hours, while setting them up, I didn't feel uncomfortable). The paintjob is sick, even though I don't care for Hello Kitty, Razer has its shit together when it comes to something being fashionable. That being said,

So cute!!
They fit my head so well with no gapping and they look adorable! The pads are super squishy and cosy and they have great battery life I hardly ever need to charge them. The light up hello kittys on the sides are my favourite feature, using the razer app you can change the colours and effects, my favourite is the one that lights up in time with the music that's playing because it looks really cool. The sound quality is good though I would say that these headphones are more aesthetic than functional, they are fantastic headphones for the price they are functionally far superior to cheap headphones, I have no qualms with the headphones but I will say that you could probably get some better functional quality with a pair of not as cute headphones for the price, but I'd take these over some boring black headphones anyday I love them so much đź’“đź’•

cute little headphones but a little bit iffy
these headphones r very cute and i'm happy but the cups don't fully cover my ears so it's like really airy in there. the sound quality is good and the bass is good but only if u push the cups against ur ears ): that means the noise cancelling is just non existent for me but maybe if u have a wider head or something it'll be better?? also they slip a lil bit if u move ur head a lot but that doesn't bother me too much. i can't tell u what the mic is like but if u want something real good maybe u shouldn't go for a built in mic like this one. however i got these on sale so i'm not all that mad!! still love the cute design and always happy to own more sanrio stuff đź’—
