It's fine
For my safety this is supposed to be concealed under uniform shirts. Even using a shirt size larger it is obvious.Iam a woman 5'6 and 170lbs. It's totally big and will not adjust smaller in the shoulders and is very bulky.The material is so rough you definitely don't want ittouching you anywhere.So a good undershirt is a must. But if you are outside in Florida, well this is going to be uncomfortable.It holds my plates .

It's okay for the price....
It's decent but it's really large and seems like it's designed for an Individual who is much larger than I. Like some one who is 6 foot 4, 225 lbs. If you have a large chest or wear a jacket size of 44 or larger, then this is the best for you.

Somewhat adjustable
Fits pretty well, but you can only adjust the shoulder straps to be longer, not shorter. Front plate carrier rides a little low on my chest and it can't really be adjusted up very well unless you force the front seam through the buckle and fold-or-cut the straps under it. You can see in my pics you can't really tighten tighten up, only loosen them out.

I really like this carrier - 5 stars
I have 2 sets of plates/inserts. So I bought 2 carriers. The 10x12 fits great. The 11x14 did NOT fit my set. It was too tight, just FYI, and I really had to jam my 11x14 plates in there, and I didn't like it. But we're talking about the 10x12 right now. Simple, lightweight, surprisingly well-made with just 1 stitch out of place. I was looking for a very compact carrier to wear UNDER my tactical vest so I could still have armor on even after taking off my tactical vest. The only place this carrier might be a LITTLE bulky is up on the should straps, but this carrier is still wayyy better and slimmer than any other I have found so far in the $50 price range. For this price point and construction and simplicity and fit, this gets 5 stars. If I am every unhappy with this carrier, I will change my review.

It's minimum protection, so it will due.
I use it for work. Just know the front and back have a card board inserted, it can be removed and can be worn without it.
