I bought this for my 82 year old mother, who is a technophobe. I wanted to get her a very simple phone with a good battery life.I programmed the contacts into the phone before giving it to my mum. I think she would have struggled to add them herself. It's not hard to add them but I thought she'd struggle been non tech savvy. The navigation button is very small and seems to have click and touch activation which makes it a little fiddly.So far she is happy with the phone. She has learnt how to use it quickly and it just does what she wants, makes and receives phone calls.It is a cheap phone though, so don't expect too much from it :)

Phone is used for 90+ year old who needed a phone that worked like his old-line cordless phone. This does the trick nicely. It works well with his standard hearing aid but also has good volume for the times he forgets his hearing aid. Easy to set up and maintain.
