I'm a little worried that my younger volunteers will end up breaking these, despite my instructions to not use them as lightsabers. They feel a little flimsy, and are hard to see in the day time (our event starts in the day and goes into the night, so they work fine in the night, but I used to have flags on a pole (that are easier to see in the day, but not visible in the night).I'm pretty happy with these. I used rechargeable C batteries, and they didn't go through a whole charge, over a 3 day event. I assume my volunteers didn't leave them on very much during the day, so probably only got 4 hours or so of use.

Exactly what I need for my job! Preforms as promised. Great weight, ease to use, very bright! Well worth the money!

This is a decent product if you are directing traffic in a parking lot, however if you are law enforcement I would not recommend it. While it is large it does not put out a lot of light. Often times if I was directing traffic at night at the scene of a crash people could not see it well enough. It is not very durable and versatile as one of them stopped working after it was just riding in my patrol car. I am not sure if the heat of being in a car during the summer caused it to fail or if it was a manufacturing flaw but I believe there are better products on the market at a slightly higher price point that would be a better value.

My friend drives a dirt light model, and these are plenty bright and large enough for him to see how far back the next car is works great. Mine does use c size batteries

This is a confusing product because some of the reviews insist these require C batteries instead of D but C size doesn’t even reach the ends.Also the description says it has 3 modes - fast flashing, slow flashing, and steady. It indeed has only two (no slow flashing).Lastly and most importantly, they’re not very bright. Decent but not much. You get what you pay for. They will do the trick for my easy needs.

The four pack I received was dangerous and if all units are of this quality, they need a safety recall. After three days of on and off use for about four hours a day, the handle on two of the units got too hot to handle, one melted the handle due to battery overheating and the other one had the battery overheat and split open due to a rupture of the battery and overheating. The other two units got warm at the handle, but not too hot to handle. The batteries used were brand new Duracell and the same lot of batteries worked fine in other appliances. The units are very light weight, and the LEDs are very bright and very visible. The overall quality of the units is, however, 'toy like', fragile, and not durable at all. I threw them in the garbage after removing the batteries for safety.

Work really well and very bright working as advertised

We like these for our night time work on the highway. I was impressed with the quality. I was worried about purchasing these !! And I am impressed.

El plástico se ve muy sencillo, pero por el precio creo es lo justo.

Takes C size batteries, NOT D size! Overall quality pretty average considering the price and how cheap you can get them from China. Thought I was spending a bit extra on a quality product. Wasn't.
