I had to be outside in the freezing cold for long hours and put this on my back (attached to clothing). It was amazing how warm it kept me and was quite soothing for an achy back. I kept it on the entire day and it was hot the whole time. This would be perfect for feet too. They aren't as bulky as the original hot hands, and you barely know it's there except for the amazing heat it gives off.

great for emergency situation

I do like the body warmer. The only thing I don't like about it is...it takes a while to warm up. But once it gets warm, I leave it on for as long as possible. For me , the body warmer helps to heat my lower back which I have issues with.I do highly recommend this product. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Love these for ski and snowboard meets. These are especially nice for very cold days. They don’t have a sticky side so they breathe and warm up better than other body warmers.
