The quality of this vitamin is great, it's east to swallow, there's no taste, and i really like the range of vitamins and minerals in this for the price. Everyone needs a multivitamin.

The spell is almost unbearable. You also have to take two capsules. I can't imagine using these after almost vomiting at my desk. I've used a lot of different Nutricost products, and this is the only one that smells like taking a pill in a room with a couple of decomposing rats. The vitamin's themselves are fine. I appreciate the addition of horny goat weed, but no.
