Great for filling low spots in drywall
Working on an older home with wavy walls. Skimming blades were of little use because they follow the contours of the surface. I tried a makeshift skimming tool I made from a scrap piece of extruded aluminum. It did much better than the skimming blade but the results were rough and the tool was hard to hold. I found this Bon plasterers Darby online and decided to give it a try. I was hoping it didn't have any flex to it which wouldn't have worked for me and thankfully it didn't. It is straight as an arrow and no flex. I don't anticipate needing a smaller or larger one but won't hesitate to buy another one.
