this item was liquid not gel

I had used a travel size of this that I found at Walgreens and it WAS GREAT. But when I ordered this off Amazon the consistency of the one I received was like liquid. It was not a gel at all. I tried to use it a couple of times and then just threw it away. I went back to Walgreens to get more of the travel size. No problem with the ones at Walgreens.It is a reflection of the one item not the product itself.
