Who sells these forms?

Hi Carol, Kransekake forms consist of a set of 6 round forms used to make 18 rings which are stacked to make a Norwegian Wedding Cak (shaped similar to a Christmas tree). A recipe (almonds, egg whites, powdred sugar, flour) is included on the box. At Frosty's Collectibles, I have 3 sets available. Our store will be on vacation until January 5th. Does it matter which side of the kransekaka pan you bake on?

There is only one way to place the dough in the pans. In each groove. Then place them in the over and watch so they don't over bake

What’s this made out of?

I do not care for them. I like the individual rings. These are too shallow and made a mess in my oven.

What diameter dough I have to make for this mold?

I just kept rolling it out until the dough fit inside the rings without touching the upper sides. It was more testing over and over until it was right. I only used one pan to find out.
