When recieved it was in superb condition. We couldn't see a single mark on it. Works perfectly still 1 month after purchase, so writing this review. It was literally brand new. Love a scratched up screen. I’d hate to see what an acceptable condition phone looks like. Also the returns labels aren’t recognised by the post office so I had to pay to return it too!

Don’t expect a well looked after phone (or maybe I was unlucky) very worn outer casing with many scratches and dings. Otherwise the phone (so far) seems to be working well.

Very prompt service. The device I bought was an iPhone 13 excellent quality phone can’t fault it.The phone was a replacement for my older version iPhone so easily switched from one to the other 10min to transfer data between phones transferred the SIM card and up and running.
