Ad says vegetables won't stick and that it is sharp. Neither is true. I had to use it like a saw to break through the skin of a zucchini before it would slice it. Then the slices stuck to the blade no differently than my old butcher knife, defeating the purpose of buying this knife. Had the food not stuck, I woulda kept it and just sharpened it myself. I did give it 2 stars instead of 1 because it did have a good feel to it while holding it

Color looks amazing first off but the knife is extremely nice in weight proportion and the handle is not off balanced as I have read from another review. I needed a good quality knife that handles good, sharp, and is a work of art which this knife is all 3 in 1! Buy now!

I love the look of the rainbow steel. This knife is large and very sharp, but the handle doesn’t have the weight that I would have expected considering it’s circumference. The knife is nose heavy and not well balanced. It feels as though the handle may be hollow. I like a solid, hefty knife. This will work well enough, but won’t be my “go to” knife.
