Lost 20 lbs but my energy is up. Easy to put into a shake or smoothie. I drink it at least twice a day. I thought the commercials were hype but I tried it anyway and discovered I was wrong. Almased is great. Some people complain about the taste but thats just stupid. Mix it with something you like and you wont notice any taste. It's slightly gritty but that doesn't bother me at all. It works and is easy to use.

I've been using almased for about a week now, I've lost a little over 5 lbs, and I feel a bit better, I don't feel sluggish or tired all the time anymore, I've found it mixes best with my blender bottle. I can't say much about appetite control because I don't usually get hungry, most of my life I've only eaten dinner, but it was always a huge dinner, I'm changing a lot about my lifestyle at 46 years old, and almased is just the beginning. This has been such an answer to prayer for weight loss for me. The flavor is not great but it's a quick an easy way to get nutrients and feel full along with few calories. I highly recommend it.

I saw the add for Almased on TV several times and thought it might be worth trying since I need to lose weight. I've tried other diet powders and pills with no luck but the commercial made it look worth it. I was super excited when it came in but then the excitement faded when i tried it out for the first time. I used water on the first time and could barely get it down. The flavor was gross and I felt like i was drinking chalk. I was gagging on the chalkiness of it every drink i took. I also tried it with milk. The milk was a little better I was able to get more down but the chalkiness was still there and the Almased was so powerful I couldn't taste the milk. My biggest mistake I didn't read the reviews before buying and wasted a lot of money.

I usually order from another seller. The cans I got were very clumpy and don’t mix up well. A little disappointing since I got 6 cans. Overall I like Almased I’m down 17 pounds in just under 60 days.

My partner and I used about 7-9 cans total. The taste isn’t as bad as people say. It’s meh. My problem is that 1. We WERE hungry starting day two. And we got hungrier! 2. I have a history of hypoglycemia and my partner is mildly diabetic. They say it’s good for diabetics so I assumed it would be okay. It is not! Be careful if you have blood sugar issues. I struggled much more with blood sugar drops but we both experienced some. Mine were severe. 3. We lost a total of maybe 1-3 pounds and gained it back the moment we stopped, and then some. So why three stars? Except for the fact that the ingredients, like yogurt, are not organic or GrassFed (which is a pretty big deal health wise), they seem like fairly good quality. It would be impossible to have used local honey, which of course would be best, but the combination is evidence based. The taste is manageable. And I think had we not suffered blood sugar issues it would have been fairly do-able, but I don’t love any plan that is liquid based because I just don’t believe overall it’s the most healthy. Still, for what it is, I think it’s good for many people.

I did 3 shakes a day for a week (and nothing else) to kick start my weight loss. I really liked the taste of the original formula. I was stuck at only losing a few pounds but seemed to lose inches. I was not hungry in between shakes. I added a sensible meal of grilled salmon and grilled vegetables mid day as the plan suggested after a week and WOW, the weight started coming off fast. I lost 5 pounds in a few days and am continuing this plan with 2 shakes a day (morning and night) with my meal mid day and it is working great. I used to eat late at night-8-9pm which was bad so this has taught me to eat when I will burn the calories off. I have really had no side effects and have been on the plan for about 3 weeks duration now.

I've used it for fasting years ago. I went from an 11 to a 2 in 14 days. Muscle!!!!! Whoa!! NEVER FAST MORE THAN 14 DAYS!!! I drank some hot veggie bouillon they sell, and drank water. I used Almond w coconut milk. A pinch of Ceylon organic cinnamon. Suck it up w a fat straw. Boom done. 3Xs a day. No cheating. Got my tummy tuck a week later. Nice and tight! (7 kids). ***Hypothyroid, I took a lot of grapeseed extract 3 Xs a day double dosing each time!! Chromium picholinate 1 w each shake. No sugar,no food. I was never hungry. After the 8th day my pants got loose. 3 days later they were falling off. I had to buy all new sz2 pants and Sm tops!!! Amazing stuff from Germany! Clean. No fillers.
