Sound quality is not the best, surely good enough. But then we can't expect any better for the price paid. Good design, but requires patience to fix the right ear bud at the back (lots of options were provided- another thumbs up), so that it does not make sound because of a gap. Good amount of amplification. Noise cancellation is not too effective but fair, not too bothersome. Best part is that we can adjust the volume ourselves. That is an important feature for a CIC ear piece. We dont have to bother about pesky technicians who act too smart sometimes.The major thing i dislike about it is that it is China made. I had an urgent requirement, hence bought it. Apart from this fact, i would recommend it.Update: started needing battery change every once in 3-4days. Volume reduced drastically after just 3 months of not too regular usage. Most likely the receiver has stopped working. Hence becoming useless. Highly impossible to get it repaired too. Another Chinese product bites the dust
