Poor manufacturing
Very poor quality product. Just used the product twice so far and found that good looking plastic handle grip has cracked. With this kind of price, grip should be sturdy and durable. Very disappointed. Customer care says no warranty or product support available. Why such products should be listed for sales by Amazon

Great product and is absolute value for money. Saves energy and harassment of carrying heavy bags. Really useful whilst buying bulky items. Also assembly was easy and performance is great after 3 months of use also.
