The quality, weight, and appearance of the product are all good. However, the handle becomes extremely hot after some time of use, making it difficult to hold. Additionally, the lid tends to get stuck after the dhoop finishes, likely due to the residue or liquid from the burnt dhoop.

Good finish. Size is good to keep havan cups available in market. After couple of minutes handle becomes hot.

Very bad quality, turned black after first use only and the metal used is so bad that it gets dead hot with the dhoop stick that you can’t even touch this product for next 20 minutes
