I usually go for a size 5/38, and ordered accordingly - however, the product that arrived was a size bigger than expected! To check whether it was a mistake or the shoe size runs large, I ordered a size smaller and it fit perfectly.The product is as shown in the picture - simple ballet flats with a glossy finish, perfect for me.

In this price, Bata shoe are the best, the bottom of the Amazon shoes, will not last longer, 1 or 2 months only, that's the cheap material they have used and cheating customers. It's a thin black rubber sheet that's used for bottom of the shoes. For shoes to sustain for a while the bottom should be strong. Atleast from now Amazon will stop these cheap shoes manufacturing as these are worth not more than 250....they have charged 550.....

Looked beautiful and seemed soft and comfortable. But size 7 shoebox had size 6 shoe in it all 3 times I exchanged it!! Gave up and just returned the shoes.

I disliked the mismatch between the discription and the photo. It's written white but the photo of the shoe is in golden tone. I went by the picture but got white colour shoe. Quality and fitting is awesome. I had ordered red colour too. Very beautiful and shiny. Ditto as shown in the picture.
