Core Balance Wooden Balance Board Non Slip Core Stability Trainer Rehabilitation Exercise 40cm

Bought this to improve mobility and assist with resistance training for cartillage repair: I've had some issues with my knees and hips and need to strengthen in more planes of motion rather than just the linear ones. Doing slow body weight squats on this board forces stabilising muscles into action, forcing everything to work in synergy as you strive to counter balance the constant small and eratic directional changes. It's perfect for one legged balance moves too for the same reason.Strong plywood contruction (I'm 100kg/16 stone and no bending or creaking at all) and a good grippy surface (no way you're going to slide off it). Everything is symmetrical and correctly centered (some other brands have been reviewed as being off center, but not this one) and it looks good for what it is (even the logo looks tidy, clean, and to the point). Great price too. Highly recommended.

Good quality and easy to use.The build quality is there. I love the gripy surface however it doesn't work that good if you wear just socks 😞. The socks stick really well to the surface and your feet slip inside the socks. If you want to practice your balance I would recommend.

Seems sturdy and well made, but the ball underneath, to provide the balance element, is rather big, very hard and slips unless on carpet or similar, so makes it really difficult to use if your balance is more than slightly challenged.
