I only use these when I have a really bad night and nothing else seems to help me get back to sleep. I have to wear a glove under them, though. I put one between my index and middle finger, one on the side of my hand and one in the dip of my thumb. I think the thumb one helps me sleep. They are tight and hurt when I wake up but sometimes they do help. No always - but sometimes

These little blue and green fingers won't replace a professional reflexology session, but they work with some limitations. Without a tension spring they are a bit hard to get on. I doubt a man with large hands could use them. They are basically the same size, with the blue just slightly longer. A variance in length would be helpful. They only work between your fingers. I am able to get them on both hands at the same time, sit back, and relax while they provide some reflexology. For the price, I have no complaints.

They are so tight and small they won't go on the hand. waste of money

It was way too tight the 2 times I was even able to get it into the correct position on my hand and quickly zipped off my hand. I almost dropped it lol.

Excellent product. It is acupressure, without straining your thumb or fingers. Convenience is nice. Works fine. I guess if someone had very very small hands or very very large hands, it might not work as well...either too tight or too loose. But anyone in the normal range - should work fine.

Doesn’t fit my hand, slips off.

Love love this. No more appointment for acupuncture needed. It does the job, it gets all my pressure points in my hand. I have up to 2 on each hand. Easy to use, and good to hold on. Must have, feels so good after a few seconds massaging your pressure points with this tool.
