ok, so two things to feedback on that might help you in your purchase decision: 1. Value: so the level of 11g collagen in the 25ml daily dose is more than needed based on the studies showing effective results, there isn't enough research to concretely confirm that taking more gives you more results. the current data shows results on skin can be achieved with anywhere from 3g-15g collagen daily. so you can take half the amount and still get 5.5g effective dose of collagen. it is described as having 20 doses per bottle, ie not a full 30 day month worth. Halving the dose means you can have 40 doses per bottle, which also makes the cost per month cheaper too. When comparing the costs of the various collagen products, I calculate the cost per 30days to find the best value products at the time I need to re-stock. 2. Taste: I have the mindset that this is a functional nutrient, and taken in a shot/small amount, so am prepared to accept a trade off on taste. The good news is that this one doesn't taste or smell fishy to me (I actually don't eat fish because I dislike the taste so much), but I would describe the aftertaste as having a hint of 'wet dog' or 'damp woolly blanket'. I've had a powdered product from another brand before this that tasted better, but it look longer to mix and take than downing a shot of this liquid one, but equally powdered ones travel better and don't need to be kept in the fridge...

You could easily half the 25ml dose, without a loss of the potential benefit of collagen. Most studies that have tested collagen used under half the amount that this product contains. The amount of vitamin D in this product is overkill. The reccomended daily intake of vitamin D in the UK is 10ug, and this contains 60ug. Over 100ug can be harmful, depending on your health and size it's less for some people. Some of the other vitamins included are also at high levels that are unnecessary. Otherwise, I found the taste of this product fine, and didn't find there was much aftertaste, especially when followed with a cup of strawberry green tea. I haven't noticed any improvement from taking this but it hasn't been very long, although I would say

I am very happy with this product and have incorporated taking it in the morning mixed in with my yoghurt adding a glug of milk, setting me up for the day...already only after 1 month I'm noticing a change in my hair condition and energy levels, the price is good and affordable comparing to other brands. Meine Haut hat sich deutlich verbessert. Ich habe eine Flasche verbraucht und die nächste ist auch schon da. Kann es empfehlen. Der Geschmack ist meines Erachtens gewöhnungsbedürftig und noch viel Luft nach oben 😁

J'utilisais une autre marque, sans voir d'amélioration, car celle que je prenais était en rupture. J'ai acheté cette marque, en me fiant aux bons avis. Ce format est plus facile à consommer que la poudre. C'est sucré (pour moi, c'est un point négatif), je le dilue donc dans de l'eau. Pour l'instant, il fait le job, mais il faut compléter avec l'acide hyaluronique pour les articulations. En gros, je suis satisfaite du produit, mais il est trop tôt pour voir ses effets.
