Decided to have a tropical Christmas (2023)…this is a fun tree. The lights are bright, it’s a good size for the corner I put it in.

The media could not be loaded.  So my mom and I have wanted this tree for a year I finally got a place where I can have it in my set up. I’m not sure if I got it from the wrong company or because I got it on sale or if I just got the wrong one maybe I should have gotten the taller one. I was going to buy my mom one as well But when we unboxed it we were disappointed. It looks cheap and if I put it outside I feel like it would blow away or fall over a lot. I truly wonder if I just got the wrong one. Or if it looked weird inside verse in an area set up. It was small I thought I was missing a piece. But I’m 5,3 so it’s accurate size. It’s grown on me and I decided to keep it since it’s for my but if you’re looking for something more realistic get the taller one mine is the 5 ft.

Very beautiful by the pool at night. Works great and easy assembly. I would order again.

UPDATE. Was contacted by seller and they shipped me a new tree so appreciate the customer service. Hope this one lasts longer.Put this together. Worked fine until the first rain. After three days the lights stopped working. If I didn't throw away the box I would return this in a heartbeat. It’s pretty pricey to crap out after a light rain. Very disappointed

I teach high school and have decorated my room with seasonal items such as this palm tree all year. The students loved it! Over the summer, I purchased a second one and put them both on our front porch. My son and his friends love them at night when they all “hang out”!

It’s an ok product. After assembling it, I decided to keep indoors. Not sure it would last for any length of time outdoors. The branches aren’t as full as pictured. I wish they would have added a few more. I was impressed that the tape to secure the lights on was brown and matched trunk. I got mine “used” and glad I didn’t pay full price.

There is zero after sales service for folks in Canada. The tree I bought quit working after 6 months, turns out it is the adapter, bought a new tree, tried the new adapter on the old tree, the lights work. A 13.00 adapter and I have to buy it myself, NICE!. Won't be purchasing this item or from this seller again! Will be making my own and you can do the same! For some reason they cannot send a 13.00 adapter to Canada? With all this technology? BS!

I dislike how short the leaves on top. If they were longer it would be much better and look fuller

This product is made very cheap. Definitely not for outside. Not worth the price at all.
