I ordered this pre-workout a month ago, and I am a regular gym goer and am there at least four times a week. When I first went to order this, I wanted to know how it compared to other pre-workouts such as C4 or MP Assualt and other cheaper products. I couldn't find any reviews with this comparison, so I am going to do it my analysis for people. First off I want to say that I have been using pre-workouts for the last 8-12 months and I have used two of the more common ones. The first one I used was C4 while the second one I used was MP Assualt. Both were excellent products, and I would recommend them to someone that's on a budget. What I have learned from my experience using pre-workouts is both C4 and MP are good economical choices, but the ingredients are nowhere near as helpful and of quality in this pre-workout. I always feel mentally focused, excited, and most importantly, my body feels good when I drink it. It doesn't upset my stomach like other pre-workouts such as C4. It gives me incredible energy throughout my entire workout and helps me push my body in a safe, effective way. I have been recommending this product to all of my friends as a primary recommendation. While it is more expensive in my eyes if you are planning to go to the gym 3-4 times a week, you should be spending money on something nice. YOU ARE INVESTING IN YOURSELF, TO IMPROVE YOURSELF AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER. All I can say is spend the money as it only is an extra $20 a month it is worth it. Overall this product is excellent, and I love it, I will be buying all my future products from here as its worth the extra cash. If you are starting out and can stay committed I recommend this because even on days you don't want to go to the gym all you have to do is drink this, and now you feel ready to go!!! Lastly, the only negative thing I have to say is, I wish I didn't get the blue raspberry. Honestly, it is not a good flavor, and I wished I had ordered another flavor..... However, lesson learned and I'm hoping someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake as me :) Minus the taste of mine 10/10 would recommend!

I have been a religious gym rat for over a year now, and have been rawdogging it for just as long. I hesitated ever doing a pre-workout because of all the added junk in the ingredients. Maintaining a healthy blood glucose is important to me, and so that ruled out most of my options when it came to what I was willing to try. This one however is sweetened with stevia, and has not spiked my glucose. I started out with one scoop and then moved to two scoops about 2 weeks into taking it. I can tell a difference in my energy levels, and how hard I am able to go in a workout, which was the goal, but also it doesnt give me any after-crash and i feel that the energy is sustained throughout the day. I feel more productive overall! I love the tingly feeling when it starts kicking in. The flavor is good as well.

It's really easy on the wallet and incredibly effective compared to most pre-workouts that I've taken. It's not chalky, but the taste is not the greatest (it's really bitter). Got a crazy pump after my workout. Most importantly I didn't get any stomach issues with this pre compared to most other big name brands. Overall I believe that this pre is the best option if you're trying to stay within budget, it's very effective and doesn't give jitters.

I decided to give this stuff a try after buying Mike Matthews' book suggesting it, and asking him about is as well. I don't have the best tolerance for caffeine as I have a heart condition where too much of it can cause palpitations and other discomfort, so I've always been very weary of energy drinks or things containing high caffeine and guarana contents. However, a cup of coffee wasn't always the best for me before workouts, so I decided to give this a shot, and I was very happy with the purchase. It states that the serving size is 2 scoops (350 mg of caffeine), but if you read the label, it says to start out with 1 scoop to test tolerance, and to use 2 scoops for longer workouts with heavy energy exertion. I started out taking 1/2 of a scoop in order to test my tolerance and see how I felt, and it was great. I had no adverse effects, and no issues with feeling jittery or overly caffeinated. I just felt really energized and good while working out. I also use this before practices and shows for drumming, and it works great, I can get through long sets and not feel worn out. Any one who is looking to try something to boost their energy levels while working out or doing other activities, I highly recommend giving this a shot; especially because this product does not have a lot of fillers or random ingredients, and just consists of good stuff to help get you through whatever it is you need the extra boost for.

I’ve tried many pre workouts and none are as good as this. At the time of writing this it has a 4 star rating, don’t be put off by this, this is definitely a 5 star pre workout, the reason it’s 4 stars is the price. It is very expensive especially for 20 servings but you get what you pay for, it’s definitely better than other pre workouts that are nearly half the price. It has all the right ingredients at the right doses. The taste is ok, some of the cheaper pre workouts taste better but I think it’s probably harder to mask the taste off the proper doses of ingredients in this. Definitely very impressed with this pre workout and will be ordering more.

The flavour of most likely their entire line of pre-workout is awful, Tastes like acid wash and the after taste is bad. Im not even a huge fan of sweet pre workouts but this is an awful taste makes me feel sick.

No jitters no crash just felt good and alert. Tastes great! No awful blends no suspect ingredients that are possibly harmful for you. Just what you need and what you want. Legion is honestly the best supplement company out there in terms of quality.

An absolute staple and favourite in our house. Tastes great, has great ingredients, no gross smell or after taste. Works really fast and well

It doesn't taste the best but it doesn't taste artificial either more like coconut shaving texture but its gives me a pump and slight tingle not overkill which I like
