You can use it to cover cherries, pretzels, etc. but first you must temper it properly. Here is a website that has good instructions on how to temper milk, dark and white chocolate, just copy and paste in your browser...or google how to temper chocolate and you will find many websites that tell you how! Sooo, prolly yes, this time of year June. Butt, its “regional” anotherwords if u r n Phoenix, i would say 100% yes. If u are n North dakota in say April ? I doubt it. Cost seems to go up when they have to pack Dry Ice. Know your local weather im sure they jus use our “Zips” to determine if product melts. Order chocolate in Feb for best pricing, jus dont eat 3 boxes in 3 weeks 😂
