I love knowing what is in these vitamins, but I will warn you, at least to my pregnant tastebuds, they don’t taste good at all. Just a warning if you’re really sensitive to that, but for me it’s worth not swallowing eight vitamins a day!

Imagine instead of swallowing your normal vegetable-based horse pills you instead chewed them. When I saw chewable I figured they flavored it to make it a good chewing experience but the pills are huge and they don’t look like anything extra has been added to make it worth chewing. I prefer not to swallow my pills so I like chewables or gummies but I would much rather swallow pills instead of chew these. I almost threw up because of how bad it tasted and how bad the taste stays in your mouth. They’re each about a quarter size and you have to take two the more you chew it the grosser it taste oh and they don’t dissolve quickly either so you’re left with a chalky residue all in your mouth.

Love these prenatals! Was looking for a high quality prenatal and my ND suggested seeking health. I could not remember to take 8 pills a day, so when I found out they had the chewable I was sold! They don’t have quite the same amount of vitamins as the pill form though so just make sure you are taking what you need. Also I think they taste great!

The taste isn't awesome but it's also not bad either. One thing to be aware of: the capsule formula is different in it's make up of vitamins. For instance, I'll need to add some selenium while on this b/c it's lower than in the capsules but other things are higher. I ordered these instead of the capsule kind by accident but they'll work well enough for a trip I'll be on the next couple of weeks.

These prenatals are awesome such good quality ingredients! Definitely recommend. They don’t taste very good and there’s a lot to chew up but it’s worth it for a good vitamin for your baby

These are probably a good prenatal… my midwife referred me but they are absolutely disgusting to taste! You have take two a day and that’s just rough because they taste so bad. I’ll have to try to be a trooper and consume the bottle or most because prenatals are already expensive, however, never again! Waste of money for me…I can’t even return them.

These have very good nutritional value, especially for a chewable vitamin. But they tasted awful. I'm not usually sensitive about that, but they often made me gag. I had to stop taking them.

This is a high quality prenatal supplement and I had no side effects. I also enjoy the option of drinking it in powder form in place of taking pills. I typically will make a morning shake for breakfast. I mix it with almond milk, avocado, kale, frozen blueberries, and chia seeds. If I’m out of avocado I swap it with half a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter for the fat. It’s so delish.
