I waited weeks for this item to arrive. I ordered the 24 inch pillow set. Now that it’s finally here it’s the wrong size (over 2 inches shorter than what I ordered) also- I followed all the instructions and various “techniques” for “fluffing up” the pillow hoping it might help and it’s stuffing is still lumpy, thin, and not at all as advertised. I needed a very specific size to fit my patio furniture and I’m very disappointed to have spent this much money for something that arrived the wrong size and poor quality. Shame on these Amazon venders… I want my money back. Wrong size, pictures prove it. Terrible quality, bad value, look cheap.

They pillows are ok. They do not fluff out a lot. I manually fluffed them then put them in the dryer with a dryer ball for about 15 minutes. The dryer ball helped more than the dryer alone. They will work for decorative needs but I had hoped for them to be fluffier.

I got these for my mom for christmas one year, she really likes them, i purchased separate covers

We ordered 8 24 x 24" inserts. None of them ever fluffed up. We ended up thrifting better quality pillow inserts for cheaper and used these doubled up. I would not buy these again. They are thin and flimsy on their own.

Flimsy, not worth the money

Sturdy pillow. I use them on front porch rockers. Highly recommend
