Cool for small Buisness use

The product listing says 180 keychains, but I only got 162 total keychains, and 35 of them are damaged/defective.The damaged/defective keychains are unusable as blanks for further production. I can't resell pre-damaged/defective goods.Some of the defects are from the manufacturing process, not from shipping. You can easily tell, because some of the damaged areas are anodized, showing it happened before the coloring process. The anodizing is also not of good quality, shown by the "lines" of missing color. This is from the keychains laying on the rack used in the anodizing process.No care was taken to prevent further damage during the shipping process. The 162 keychains I received, out of the 180 keychains I ordered, came in a single plastic zip-lock bag, stuffed into a small box. Any impacts during shipping are absorbed by the keychains themselves.Don't waste your money.Check the pics.

Very poorly packaged, all just thrown in a bag so many will have the coating scuffed off the face.If you plan on using a jig to engrave, you'll discover that there's as much as .8mm variance in width.The seller indicates these can be laser engraved but that depends on the laser and color. The darker colors work well, but with a 20w diode laser the lighter colors yield insufficient contrast to be usable.Black is great, red is decent and dark blue is acceptable, gold isn't legible and engraving on the silver can't be seen at all.

I bought these to laser engrave for another local small business to give as gifts. I understand these are cheap, but the inconsistencies of the engravings have me frustrated. Last batch was not this bad, out of 180 there were maybe 5 duds. This box, all the green, pink and gold are giving a not legible result.

These make cheap give away items, easily engraveable if you want to add your logo.
