Bad Quality

Despite paying a lot of money for this 'New' textbook, which i need for my course, it has come with damaged corners. If i wanted this condition i could have paid for a Used one. Very disappointed.

sehr nützliches, didaktisch gut aufbereitetes Buch zur Organisationstheorie

Mit diesem Werk können Studenten optimal lernen. Info-Texte, Beispiele, Literaturangaben, Fragen, Aufgaben, Counterparts, Grafiken, Materialien sind optimal aufeinander abgestimmt und sehr aktuell. Zu jedem Kapitel gibt es Überblick, Lernziele, Checklisten zum Verständnis. Textsatz, Farben, Anordnung sind systematisch und sehr übersichtlich gewählt. Über Inhaltsverzeichnis, Register und Überschriften kann man ausgezeichnet navigieren. Die theoretischen Ansätze zur Organisation sind breit angelegt, auch historisch, bilden aber den aktuellen Stand der Forschung gut ab. Daher unbedingt die 4. Auflage von 2020 benutzen!
