Added these innr GU10 spots to my existing network. Pairing took minutes to complete. Lights work seamlessly even though they are about 10m away from the house. I have them set on warm white which looks great against the plants and fence they lighting up. Would recommend these lamps for the cost and operation. Will be adding more lights around the garden.

Have Philips Hue system in most rooms but needed a bulk quantity of GU10 bulbs. These are excellent and much more reasonable than Philips brand. Quality of light is better than Hue bulbs and they're brighter.One downside is they aren't Apple Homekit compatible but they do work with Hue and Alexa. Knew this when i ordered but Homekit wasn't a deal breaker.

These are just as good as Hue GU10's in my opinion. The hue app picks them up without any problems and set up is ridiculously easy through the Hue app.The light produced is just as good as Hue for me and I've not had any problems with them whatsoever. I'm using them alongside Hue bulbs and they work great with the Hue controllers and Hue app.

So, I was at a 1 last week with these as I ordered 12 and 2 had failed. However thanks to Florian at the Innr service desk I now have a replacement package of four that were sent out post haste by courier. That in itself deserves 5 stars for everything for the level of support and service! :0)The lights themselves are comfort series GU lights for my kitchen which has in all 11 lights in the ceiling. I use a Hue bridge to control everything and adding them is a cinch. You just put them in the sockets and use the Hue app to configure them. Once they are in the Hue app they look after themselves and I add them in zones. I have 4 above my breakfast bar, 3 above the sink and 4 by my stove with all areas grouped into zones to control it all.The comfort bulbs aren't just dimmable spots but you can change the tone from warm to cool and set up mood settings as well. I just like a natural tone but you can use the Hue bridge with some mood settings and do great things like geo fencing . All in all for around 10 to 12 pounds these to me are a bargain compared to the Hue lights. I also have some coloured lights in my sons room that have been there for at least a year without any problems too.So finally, thank you Florian @InnrServicedesk. Everybody bills a fast and courteous service but you really delivered it. 5 stars all the way!

I bought 6 of these bulbs while on offer, worked out about £11.50 each. I was a bit concerned how I was going to replace 6 new spot bulbs to my lounge, when they arrived i had them set up in 10 minutes. I have a side light beside my chair with the same fitment, so I used that to add a bulb one at a time, and it read them as first bulb, second bulb and so on. Using my Alexa Echo Plus and the App. Discovered each one within 45 seconds, I added them to a group and hey presto all done. i just have to put them in the ceiling fitments now. As I added each light I then wrote on each with a sharpie which number they were (which is important so you know where you are putting each one if you want to just have some on etc). Be lovely now the nights are drawing in to set the mood. Now all voice command if i want one on, whether to leave it warm or white, dim etc etc. I would recommend these although even on offer i still thought £11.50 for a bulb is expensive but they should last a very long time.

4 of the 8 lights I ordered are flickering when they're set to white. This is obviously not ideal and is annoying. No worries I thought. I can just contact customer service and they'll sort me out.Wrong. They want to send me a return label first and wait for me to ship the bulbs to them first before sending me a replacement batch rather than doing it both at the same time. If it were electronic items that were really expensive then I would understand this. But these are light bulbs that I'm currently using. I dont understand if they expect me to sit in the dark while I wait for them to ship me the item across EU. Honestly really put off by this company. I'm going back to Hue.

Overall the bulbs are ok and I'm happy with their brightness, however on a number of occasions various bulbs have become unreachable, only way to get them back is to turn off this switch. This is a pain as I have hue dimmers on all my switches, so I have to pop the cover off flick the switch on/off and replace the dimmer cover.They also don't support the power off behaviour that hue bulbs do, so if there is a power outage the bulbs turn on when the power comes back on, not ideal if you out or away.I scored some hue gu10's at a good price on black Friday, so have replace them and added these to my box of unused smart devices.

I've bought several packs of these, to compliment my existing Hue bulbs. I bought them based on price as Hue brand are so very expensive. The lights connect easily with the Hue bridge and app on installation, and can be programmed as easily as Hue ones.What lets them down however, is what other buyers have also reported: intermittent connectivity. In a ceiling with multiple GU10s, one frequently either doesn't turn on, or doesn't switch off. It might not always be the same one either. In addition, if it does come on, it may or may not be as bright as it should. It can become extremely irritating to have to switch on & off on the main switch so frequently. This is especially so if you also use a room sensor.All in all, they're decent lights at an affordable price. It's just a shame they're let down by connectivity issues.

J'ai commandé 20 spots pour une pièce principale connectée à un pont philips HUE.Appairage sans aucun problème, parfaitement compatibles.Mais problème 5 spots sur les 20 sifflaient plutôt fort lorsqu'ils sont allumés.Après avoir contacté le SAV, j'ai pu recevoir 5 nouveaux spots en 2 jours, lesquels ne présentaient aucun problème.Bref, très satisfait de mon achat, spots moins chers que ses philips, et SAV totalement à la hauteur et très réactif!

I faretti sono buoni, di ottima qualità e fanno una bella luce. Compatibile con Hue Bridge Philips.A me di 4, 1 all’avvio non lampeggia quindi credo che riproverò a connetterlo ad Hue, se non dovesse funzionare penso che lo cambierò. Nel precedente ordine non ho avuto nessun problema.Comunque consiglio l’acquisto.

Mooie spots. Ze zijn iets breder dan mijn oude halogeen spots waardoor ze wat moeilijker in de opening pasten. Wel in combinatie met Innr of Hue bridge gebruiken.

Habe die Birnen für meine Mama gekauft, als günstige Alternative für das Hue System. Die Birnen ließen sich wie andere Innr Produkte schnell und ohne Probleme inndas Hue System eingliedern und funktionieren sofort. Ich habe sie auch mit dem Hue Bewegungssensor getestet und auch damit funktionieren die Birnen tadellos.Zu den Farben kann man nicht viel sagen, sind vergleichbar mit den Birnen von Hue was die Weißtöne angeht, bin daher sehr zufrieden.Die Verarbeitung ist wie bei anderen Innr Produkten sehr gut, also bin mehr als positiv überrascht, sie machen echt einen hochwertigen Eindruck.Das einzige was doof ist aber im Vorfeld klar war und von Philips kommt, ist das man Birnen von Drittherstellern nicht voll in Hue interne Abläufe einbinden kann, wie z.B. Sonnenaufgang simulieren.Wer auf sowas aber nicht braucht und einfach nur günstige und gute Birnen benötigt die schnell und einfach das Hue System ergänzen ist hier genau richtig. Klare Kaufempfehlun!

Spesso perdono la connessione insieme oppure singolarmente. Visto il prezzo mi sarei aspettato più qualità. Illuminano bene ma per il prezzo vi consiglio di cercare altroNecessitano di un hub proprietario per connettersi ma se avete echo plus con zigbee integrato potete evitare di comprare il.loro hub e connetterlo direttamente ad alexa. Non è specificato ma a me alexa ha trovato i faretti all'istante
