Kamabit style blade, unique folding mechanism, knock off of a $200 knife.
This is a knock off of a ~200 dollar knife (CRKT Provoke Kinematic ), a very unique design, and a lot of fun. A Kamabit drop claw style blade, good for a knife fight or more commonly... opening boxes.Good:Very Sharp out of the boxUnique folding mechanismBottle opener & Window breaker & Belt Clip functionsPositive locking setupBad:Fake gears... would have been pretty cool if they workedVery stiff out of box, a lil oil on pivot points helpedScrews coming lose after a day of use.Single sided cutting edgeSynopsis:Opened the box dropped out the knife, nice solid weight and feel.Fumbled with the opening process for a second and was disappointed the gears are just decoration. I painted them silver to highlight them. Still, the overall folding mechanism is very unique. Someone had mentioned a "liner lock" which didn't make sense considering the folding mechanism, but I did locate it near the back, gear side. Push to release. Initially stiff to operate (expected) couple drops of oil on each pivot point and worked it till it was smooth. By the end of the day a quick flick would open and lock the blade. While writing this, I noticed one of the screw backing out. Will add a lil locktite on all 4 screws. Opened a few packages with it and it is surprisingly sharp for a knock off! Conclusion:For less than $20 this is a fun unique addition to your knife collection, it will be my main carry for the next couple weeks, Amaze your friends, fool your enemies!

Not a toy
Cool copy but nowhere near as good as the original. Good for opening packages and letters.

Unique design on a classic blade with improved safety
The media could not be loaded. Unique & effective Karambit blade. Rhe blade locking mechanism ensures a secure & stationary blade position lock that makes it indistinguishable from a single full tang Karambit blade construction. Nearly every friend, acquaintance, stranger, and or passersby who sees this folding pocket knife Karambit makes an inquiry or 2 about it as well as expresses their appreciation for the unique blade while making asking me where I purchased mine so they too can go and purchase one of their own. Once again, great product that is unique in its overall esign while remaining completely true to form and function while embracing innovation.

It may not be a CRT but it is a steal for the price and is a very serviceable EDC for me.
I have small hands and this is larger and more substantial that the first one-off I tried. With the first one I began adjusting the screws to make opening it smoother before breaking it in, which was a mistake. I have been oiling it and using it but I'll wait to adjust it until I know it broken in. It is easy to carry and there are many different ways and places you can wear it. I had a Fox 479 that was great but the opening mechanism got pretty rough on pockets and their seams. If you are familiar with Karambits but unsure if they are for you, this is a great knife to try.

Janky as can be!
Screws were so tight it wouldn't open until I loosened them. Paint job obscures good fit with a star bit to loosen the screws. There is ZERO tolerance to loosen the screws between functional opening and simply falling apart. So it's either too tight to open, or so loose it falls apart.

2 different models knife?
I've ordered 2 cause it was $17 each. When they came in. They were 2 different models. The first one is the one is as advertised. Second one looks cheaply made. Very stiff to deploy. I tried adding oil. That didn't work. The star shape hex screw couldn't be loosened. This knife is useless. I can't deploy the knife without forcefully and safely pushing the mechanism. But it is sharp. Cause I cut myself trying open it. Oh well.
