Upon hearing about Turkesterone, I chose to take Double Woods brand. I purchased three bottles during my cycle. I started out taking 4 pills a day and ended my cycle taking 8 pills a day before stepping down to 2 a day on the last week. I noticed an increase in lean muscle mass. I lost fat and maintained muscle and strength during my cutting diet. I started at around 212 pounds at over 20 percent body fat and ended at 168 pounds at 15 percent body fat. My strength actually increased. My bench for example went from 185 for 2 reps to 245 for 1 rep. I noticed that I recovered quicker from workouts. I could run over 5 miles a day for five days straight during my work week in the mornings and never be sore like I would without the supplement. The only side effect I noticed was a rash that broke out on my body and head like an allergic reaction after taking 8 a day. Once I backed off the high dosage it went away. The product works and is the closest thing to an anabolic you can get while being legal in my opinion after taking several supplements over the years. Double woods turkesterone is inexpensive while still being effective. I will continue to use there products. Thanks

I grabbed a few bottles about a week and a half ago, and have been taking it everyday since then. What I can say is that the pumps are great! I haven’t seen much strength increase but I am on a cut and again, it’s only been a week and a half. I am taking six pills a day since I am on the heavier side. I started my cut in the middle of December so I can say with certain that the turkey is helping with the pump. If you have dieted for an extended period, you know that going to the gym can become a drag and seem like a choir. I really think that the turkey is helping with my mood and I’m actually looking forward to the gym. The pills themselves are fantastic— no weird smell, goes down pretty smooth, and sustainable packaging. A little background on myself: been lifting for a good seven years, I am on a power building split, with obviously the main focus being powerlifting. I am 30-years old, 5’9”, sitting at 230lbs on a 500 cal daily deficit. Current maxes are: 485lbs/355lbs/515lbs. Other things I take daily: multivitamin and creatine. I also take in about 400-600mg of caffeine everyday via monster and caffeine pills. These things I have taken since well before I started my cutting phase. I will do an update when I use up all three bottles.

As always, I am cautious and skeptical prior to purchasing and implementing a new supplement. I take this seriously both as an informed consumer and a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and physique and bodybuilding coach. There was considerable commotion around turkesterone in scientific literature, the online community, and within my local gym. After due diligence on my part I felt comfortable that there would be no meaningful side effects and had optimism that there would be noticeable improvement in performance. I’m now on my second bottle of Doubletree turkesterone and I’m inclined to continue this supplementation indefinitely. My immediate thought was that it was like taking creatine for the first time(I was a high responder). Endurance was immediately improved along with recovery, and this quickly translated to modest but measurable improvements in strength, including PRs in one rep maxes—not insignificant for a 35 year old male who had been lifting for 20 years. This is a worthwhile investment for those that want to maximize their training while maintaining a natural status.

So let me not waste anyones time,... does it work? I think so. I noticed a strength increase on day 3. Only taking 1 cap for first 10 days then i will double the dose to 2 caps. What i noticed was a strength increase, not placebo because i've been struggling with the same weight for a while. After day 3 my warm up set was as heavy as my heavy set a week prior so, to me that is saying alot. Also i noticed my joints hurting slightly less than usual, not sure if that is the turk itself but it very well may be. Today prior to writing this review i looked in the mirror and noticed my shoulders and arms looking alot beefier than usual. So while this is all anecdotal, i think there is something working here. I will bump my dose and update in a few weeks.

I am a huge fan of Double Wood Supplements and have tried many of their products. My latest two additions are Turkesterone along with Fadogia Agrestis. I have definitely noticed some benefits from taking Turkesterone. I feel more motivated, my workouts are just that much better and more intense. Also, it seems to be helping me obtain a more lean physique. Definitely, a supplement that I will continue to take moving forward.

Product worked great for me. Took about 10 days to start working. Got noticeably stronger on all lifts 1-2 reps. Was a great deal at 29.99, a good deal at 34.99. Now it's 39.99 shop around you can get same quality at a much cheaper price. I'm pretty sure company was making profit at 29.99, greedy!

I’ve tried about 6 different brands of turkesterone, and none of them have affected me quite like this one. I’ve noticed that every brand has affective my body a little differently, but this one has been nothing but negative. After taking this, my body just feels stressed. I’m horribly anxious, I feeling a little out of it, and oddly enough I get.. depressed? I know it sounds weird but every time I take one of these capsules I just feel upset. It got so bad that it made me dread driving because my anxiousness was off the charts. So take at your own risk, start off small, but I want to stress that I’ve never had any other turk that negatively impacted me anywhere near as much as this one.

Yeah maybe, I don't know. I have gained noticeable muscle mass in 2 months, and I have also gained strength. But I've been working out, so would I have gained anyway without this stuff? Yeah maybe. But I think this stuff helped a lot. It's just my opinion but I believe in it enough to go for a second bottle. I do recommend trying one just to see what you think. FYI my dosage was 2 capsules a day as recommended on the bottle. I know some internet sources recommend 3000mg = 6 capsules. You be the judge.
