Love Yankee Candles!
Great scent and burns clean!

It works.
I was able to light the wick in seconds, and it stayed on until I blew it out. The flame rose slightly above the glass, and quite honestly I said to myself, that seems a little higher than what I expected or remembered. The candle looks acceptable on my coffee table - but listen, I wouldn’t buy this thing for spectacular looks. It is just okay. I guess it comes down to great smell, and it does smell nice. I guess an air freshener would probably be cheaper, but the candle’s light is rather calming. I like it, but it was on sale, and I probably wouldn’t pay full price for a candle in normal circumstances, but I’m glad we have it, and if the power goes out I have something to stare at.

Candle smells great but arrived broken...
The candle smells amazing! Unfortunately, it arrived with the jar shattered beyond repair and I had to throw it out. I didn't want to bother returning a box filled with so many tiny shards of glass. The candle itself is great, just be aware that you run the risk of the package being mishandled.

Big disappointment!
The candle is OK. I light it, it burns. All candles do that. BUT, the description of the "CAFE AL FRESCO" said "Notes of cinnamon, coffee, & caramel. I love the aroma in a Starbucks 'cause I love coffee. I thought this might make the house have that smell (at least a little bit). But NO!! .. The whole place smells like a maple bar from the donut shop. If you WANT that smell, I think you'll like this candle a lot. The scent IS very strong. But it'll probably make you gain weight, because you'll be running to the donut shop to satisfy your craving.

Delicious Scent!
Yankee Candle is my favorite candle company. Beautifully designed candle jars, firm top, long lasting & wonderful scents at a good price. This was my 1st purchase of Cafe’ Al Fresco. I hoped I’d love it & did. It’s like sitting a busy coffee shop or cafe all day soaking in all the luxurious scents. If this sounds good to you then you’ll love this candle. I definitely recommend this scent!
