How many teaspoonful of the powder, to replace the ink in a pasta sauce receipe?

Honestly I am not sure. A little goes a long way but we used in a sauce for pasta but not in the pasta itself. I can say that it sometimes took a bit long to arrive so plan for that possibility but it worked fine.
