Product arrived on tiime but disappointed upon trying to set up this simple product!Obviously mass production. several sreww holes are not sunken enough for screws to pass through and fit into connecting piece.Had to make adjustments by drilling further in and securing with glue to ensure child does not fall if loose and come apart in original state.No option to contact seller.Disappointed to say the least.

Excellent, beautiful and sturdy steps! I wanted steps that would not only be pretty but would be sturdy enough to outlast my granddaughter and stii remain beautiful.First, it took me 40 minutes to put the steps together and that was including inventorying all the parts and reading the directions. The directions were easy to follow and with a power screwdriver it was so easy to put together. I have to mention that when I received both Crackle Rose products I ordered I wondered what the heck the red ribbon was that was sticking out of the box and taped to the address/invoice label. I soon discovered it led to the hardware of the each product I bought - so no hunting for the screws, nuts, bolts, etc., ~ I thought what a novel idea!My granddaughter now has two pieces and more are on her wish list and I will be purchasing more as well. Both pieces these steps and the toy chest, which I consider very high use pieces of furniture are holding up very well!Because I want it to last for many, many years and the recomendation is to wipe with a damp cloth only and I saw some flaking, so I decided I wanted to add a thin coating satin varnish on both the steps and the toy box and SHAZAM‼️that was the right thing to do! Three weeks after my granddaughter had 2 friends over and one decided to test her artistic skills on the lid of the toy box (on "accident" the little girl said) because she wanted to "make the flowers more bootiful." All I could say to myself was thank God I had already put the varnish on and as such was able to use something heavier to take the marker off!The company is easy to deal with and the product is furniture quality.

My daughter is turning 3 and switching from a crib to a "big girl bed." We got terrific bumpers (also on Amazon) to keep her from falling out, but I bought this step stool so she can easily climb up and down from the bed. She adores it and was climbing up and down for hours. Besides this, she loves sitting on the top step and talking or playing, and there is a little storage bin on top which wisely only opens halfway so a child cannot mistake an open top for a step and fall down. But above and beyond all this, the step stool is simply beautiful- hand-painted and gorgeous delicate pastels, the sort of detail that makes a room. It only took my husband a short time to assemble and over-all it is a tremendous success, well worth the money and I highly recommend it.

Just beautiful! Apart from using it as a step stool, My toddler daughter loves to put things inside the compartment and sit on it.

this step stool is cute.. it is looks as in picture.. it is not heavy and can easily put it together by following the instructions..

very easy to put together. took about 10 min. seems to be sturdy. Right height for my 3 year old to reach the sink. Looks good.

My 4-year-old granddaughter uses this to climb into her big girl bed. There is also storage inside where her toy gorilla can sleep. It's perfect.
