I've been on the hunt for a new cleansing water after having been a big fan of the Son & Park Beauty Water. I had bought it from Sephora long ago, and after they stopped carrying it, I thought it was a sign to try some new ones. After settling on just some Thayers astringent witch hazel, I've been craving something that tones more, so I was really happy to give Hera's cleansing water a go.I'm usually not super big on floral scents, but the cleansing water was pretty pleasing to me. I know scents are pretty subjective though, so YMMV. My skin tends to run dry so I was using the witch hazel after showers as part of my skincare, but with this cleansing water, it feels much more hydrating and seems to help prep my skin better during my daily morning routine. I've been using it for a few days now and quite happy with it. The design of the bottle is also very helpful since it has a pump. I use about two to three pumps to soak my cottonpad, so I'm hoping this bottle will last for some time.Overall, I'm really happy with this product and am curious about other Hera products now. It was definitely a plus seeing that it's part of the AMOREPACIFIC brand since I've used some of their other lines in the past.

I haven't been using a lot of makeup given I'm home a lot more nowadays with telework and a toddler. But when I do go out I've been using sunscreen and to remove the sunscreen when I get back I use this. It's got a very light texture, feels fresh, mild scent, and cleans sunscreen really well. I didn't notice any kind of skin improvement in the time I've used it, but I didn't expect this to all that much. I also only used this to remove make up a handful of times. I shower after usually so I can't really say how well this cleans on its own. I definitely thought it did a perfectly adequate job though.This definitely works well for everything I need it to. Will I replace the cleaner from my normal rotation? Maybe, depends on pricing on both products at the time I need a refill. But this is a good, competent product, and worth a try. Nothing groundbreaking though, so it gets 4 stars.

So I got this on a whim, not thinking I'm gonna fall in love with this product. It's just insane a makeup cleanser formula that has the right balance of removing tough waterproof makeup and at the same time not dry out your skin. I have noticed everything else has dried out and irritated my skin during winter time, but this one has not. If anyone doubts how good this makeup remover is, check out the second photo I posted. That is just in one go! I LOOOOOOOOOOVE this so much and I don't really care about the other reviewers who find this too heavily fragranced. It's not that bad. It's a lovely light floral scent that smells so refreshing. I would definitely recommend this to everyone if the price tag is not a determining factor in their purchasing decision. Great to be finally introduced to this brand, I would definitely check out their other offerings!

This product has a really strong fragrance: I found it really bothersome and couldn’t bring myself to use it more than once. It smells very floral in an old lady type way, and I just generally don’t agree with fragrance in my skincare.

This product has no detectable scent. It doesn't feel greasy but it does leave a slight tacky feeling to the skin so this might be best for removing face dirt in the first step of a double cleanse or just rinse your face after if you prefer.There is an expiration date on the packaging that says "05102024" I'm not sure if that's May 10,2024 or October 5 2024. It's a large 6.7 fl oz/200mL bottle (according to the box) so I hope it's the later date. The Amazon listing says 7.04 fl oz so there is some discrepancy regarding how much product you're actually getting.It comes in a beautiful pump bottle that looks like a prestige product. Nice for pumping some out on a cotton pad to swipe on your face but if you want to use this with a q-tip to remove eye makeup mistakes, you'll have to pump some out into another container or your hand and mop it up with a q-tip first. You can take the top off and dip into the bottle but the pump tube might make this a clumsy project.Despite the generously sized bottle, it's pricey at 39.99. I don't typically purchase prestige products so what I think is 'pricey' may be a reasonable price for someone else. I know that there are other reasonably priced products that are similar that I can find on Amazon, Walmart or my local drugstore. That, in addition to the conflicting information regarding how much is in the bottle is why I'm only giving this product 3 stars.

It cleans my makeup well and is gentle on my skin. It does a great job of removing my everyday makeup including waterproof mascara and eyeliner. A little on a cotton round fully cleans my skin, leaving no tacky or greasy residue behind. I also like to use it in the morning as a cleanser. My skin feels moisturized, refreshed, and not sticky. It has a fragrance. but it does not linger too long. I'm ok with it. So far so good.

Even after cleansing, a quick swipe of Hera Cleansing Water on a cotton pad, yields so much dirt. It really lifts everything that your cleanser didn't get. It is very moisturizing, so much so that I don't need to rinse afterward (although the bottle says you can if you want). It is pretty good at dissolving makeup, especially long-wear eyeliner and mascara. It is fungal acne safe and only has one comedogenic ingredient, vitamin E.This is very fragranced, which may or may not bother you. I really love it and fragrance doesn't usually bother my skin. It smells like lily of the valley with green notes, much like an ivy fragrance. I personally think it smells lovely, but you might want to skip it if you don't like fragrance.

First off, I have super sensitive skin and tend to stay away from experimenting with newer brands. This cleanser not only cleans well but also smells good while being gentle on skin. I used waterproof liner that normally takes a couple days of showers and cleansing to remove with urban decays setting spray and this cleanser took it all off after a couple wipes! I was amazed by the effectiveness! So glad this is a huge bottle and should last me a while!
