Q: I didn’t receive the knee bladder. How can I get this sent to me?

The knee bladder was included with my order. I would suggest contacting Amazon or the manufacturer. BTW It works great! And has been a life saver after my knee replacement.

No I paid for this put of pocket but we'll worth the investment

Q: Is there a universal bladder for this product?

If you are referring to pump parts, I have no idea, but replacement parts can be ordered from the manufacturer, like new hoses, and the pad that wraps around your leg or whatever body part. Sometimes the pump looses its prime and you just have to mess with it, turning it on and off a couple times to get it to start pumping water again.

Q: Is there a warranty on the unit? 90 days, one year ? I am having both knees replaced over a six months period.

Because this is a personal healthcare item, our warranty is 30 days. However, rest assured if there is a product issue, we will make it right. We are headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana and will ensure that you are taken care of.
