Q: Is the bottle suppose to have a seal? The bottle I received did not have one

Q: Am I suppose to dilute this? Not impressed so far.

Hi Tom,Our recommendation is to use it as is, however everyone is different. We have found some people like to dilute it, so it really depends on the person. Q: Will this dry out my hands?

I have tried a lot of Castile Soaps and this one is way better as far as drying out your hands. I think it's the added coconut oil. Seems to make a difference.

Q: Does this work as a travel body wash or does it need to be diluted?

Hi Pianodude, this particular one is actually our foaming hand soap formula, which is different than our regular liquid castile (which is also available in clary sage). If you planned on using it as a body wash, we'd recommend the regular liquid formula. But to answer your question, it doesn't need to be diluted. You can use as is. However, we have found that everyone's different and some people tell us they prefer to dilute is and others tell us they like it how it is. Sorry if that's not super straight forward but hopefully it helps :)
