Q: How is the run time? Also how does it compare to Serfas Thunderbolt?

The run time is short - about 1 1/2 hours on a full charge even in flashing mode. The small size dictates limited battery capacity. This is the only disappointment I have with the Cyclops 120T. Just have to charge it via USB every day to ensure I have a working light when commuting.

Q: What are the dimensions of the light?

I do not know the dimensions. My seat stays are quite vertical and I mounted a light on each side with relative ease (long dimension up and down). Works for me and can use seat bag.

Q: Does is light when charging? I would like to use with a dynamo.

Yes, it will light while charging.
