Theater Pop 8 Ounce Popcorn Machine

So first thing after pulling it from the packaging, noticed a loose screw floating at the bottom of the box. Also noticed the front doors were noticeably misaligned. You can maybe see where the missing screw goes on the top left of the machine, as pictured. I emailed the customer service email about those things and got a reply in two days that the doors sometimes move in shipping and need to be readjusted. For the screw I did offer to open the top to see if I could reattach. I was able to realign the doors acceptably and after opening the top I was able to see that a nut had come loose causing the screw to fall out. After fixing that everything was fine. I will say that the quality of the machine otherwise is top notch. Even the catch tray drawer at the bottom of the machine is a thicker guage than I would have expected. Also subsequent communication with customer service did only take a few hours for each email and the person was very polite so I think warranty issues would be well taken care of. I would have given the unit 5 stars if it wasn't for the small assembly lapse, which may have prompted another person to return it.

Great popcorn machine! Happy I did buy the stand for it.
